
Windows 8 Tablet: The  South Korean manufacturer LG will unveil at the Consumer Electrics Show  (CES) is a Windows 8 tablet with retractable keyboard. The device should  have a battery life of up to 12 hours. In online trading is already a  price surfaced.
LG is on at the Consumer Electrics Show 8 to 11 January 2013 in Las Vegas  present to the public a new tablet. The Tab Book H160 has a built-in  keyboard which can extend over a sliding mechanism. The tablet does not  work with the Windows stripped RT, but with the full Windows 8.
The display on the Tab Books is 11.6  inches tall and has a resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels. This corresponds  to a pixel density of about 135 ppi. The processor is an Intel Atom  Z2760 with 1.8 GHz. LG is also the Ultra-Book Z160 Tab to market,  running with Intel”s Core i5.

The memory of the Books tab is 2 GB, the  flash memory is 64 GB in size. A slot for Micro SD card is installed.  802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi is supported, so only the tablet transmits at a  frequency of 2.4 GHz. The Bluetooth version is 4.0. On the front there  is a camera for video calling. The tab book has an HDMI output and two  USB ports (1x standard, 1x Mini). A GPS module LG makes no details.
By a button on the left side of the  tablet of the sliding mechanism is triggered. The display pivots up and  the keyboard is revealed. The battery life is LG with up to 12 hours in  video mode is to hold the tablet by 9 hours. The dimensions of the  tab-books are 286 x 192 mm, the device is 15.9 mm thick. The weight is  given as 1.05 kg.

LG will introduce both the tab and the  tab book H160 Ultra-Book Z160 at CES in Las Vegas. In the U.S., the  tablet is from a dealer on Amazon Marketplace already offered for the  equivalent of about 1,060 euros or or $1,395.00.
