Go to Start => All programs => Accessories => Note pad and copy the bellow code and past.

Dim message, sapi

Set sapi=CreateObject("sapi.spvoice")

sapi.Speak message

Now save the file with .vbs extension (Example: Shakil.vbs)

Now open the file with click and type what you want to listen and see the magic.
